About Me
Hi, I’m Mikaela! I was born in the Philippines and studied User Experience and Game Design at DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore.
Through my projects and stories, I hope to spark creativity in others and make a meaningful, human impact. I'm fascinated by how our experiences shape who we are and passionate about celebrating identity through design.
Growing up with a love for math and curiosity about how things work, I was drawn to engineering early on. That foundation taught me to approach problems with creativity and persistence. Raised by first-generation immigrant parents who valued both design and engineering, I was inspired to blend both worlds and solve problems with empathy, innovation, and collaboration.
